If you were paying by Spark bill, or if you joined Netflix when you signed up to a Spark Netflix eligible plan, then your account will go on hold for 30 days until you update your payment method. The exception to this is if you were paying by a Spark bill. If you were paying for a Netflix account before you linked it to Spark, you'll resume paying with this same method. If you want to leave your Spark Netflix plan, you can move to another Spark plan in MySpark. You can also upgrade to Netflix Premium in the Netflix portal. You can upgrade to Netflix Premium in MySpark. If you're paying for Netflix through your Apple account, you will need to cancel your subcription once you have activated your Netflix billing through Spark. This applies if you were paying by credit/debit card, Spark bill or Google Play. If you're already paying for a Netflix account, this payment will stop as soon as you activate your Spark offer. This means you'll stop being billed for your existing Netflix account separately, unless you pay via your Apple account., in which case you'll need to cancel your subscription through Apple. You can use your existing Netflix details when you activate. If you have an existing Netflix account you don't need to cancel it. You'll find Netflix in the Products section, under Subscriptions.
